The rules for using TelePump. Please read them before launching.

By using TelePump you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

#The service

TelePump is software that helps you create coins on pump.fun and route their creator fees to a Telegram username. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, break or stop at any time.

#You are responsible for

• Every transaction you sign, and checking it before you do.
• The coins you create: their names, images, descriptions and how you promote them.
• Complying with the laws that apply to you.

#You may not

• Impersonate a person, brand or organisation, or suggest they endorse your coin.
• Use images or names you don't have the right to use.
• Use TelePump for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering or sanctions evasion.
• Launch coins that harass or target private individuals.

#Custody of fees

Creator fees are held in operator-controlled vaults until paid out. See Custody and security. The operator may withhold or delay payouts where required by law or to prevent abuse.

#No advice

Nothing on TelePump is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

#Liability

To the extent the law allows, TelePump and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including lost funds, failed transactions, bridge failures, or the value of any coin.

#Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new revision date.
